It was a short week at WIPP as we celebrated the Easter season!
We used our scissor skills to cut out an egg shape and decorated it with colorful paper strips.
Once the glue dried, we trimmed the edges to make a beautiful Easter Egg!
Our letter recognition skills came in handy when we had to match uppercase and lowercase letters. We discussed the similarities and differences as we studied our letters.
We carefully selected stickers to decorate our foam eggs.
It was fun sorting jelly beans! We sorted them by color, graphed our results, and got to taste a few!
We learned that Easter isn't all about eggs, candy, and bunnies, but the real reason for celebrating Easter is because Jesus is alive!
We ended our short week with fun at our Easter Egg Hunt and Party!
